My name is Isaac and I'm an aspiring personal trainer, motivational speaker, and life coach. Over the past two years I've have made massive changes in my life including losing 90+ pounds, quitting smoking cigarettes/marijuana, and becoming more mentally and physically healthier. I also became more spiritually aware and am trying to grow that aspect of my life as well. My goal is to share this knowledge with people who are struggling in their everyday lives, and help them grow to their utmost potential. We are all a work in progress, and together we can all achieve our dreams.
