High quality thumbnails, have a niche and make sure your channel sticks to it, use SEO and find good keywords you can rank for and become an expert in, have clickable title + thumbnails. Also keep your average view retention up (make sure you keep your audience engaged)

Took me 40 videos to hit Watch Time + Sub Goal. I don't even consider my first 10-15 videos worthy. Once you crack how to actually do SEO and how to find keywords and trending topics + make half decent thumnbnails / titles that people will click AND people watch above 40% of your video on...

Is this different to the regular tags? I sometimes see the blue hastags on peoples videos, does it mean just adding a # to your topic? I.E: #Callofduty as opposed to a tag of 'call of duty'

To get to 1k Subs, I'm so close right now and will get there hopefully within a week or two :) Hit my watch time so that's half my goals done for 2020. Really happy with how my channel has come on!
